DIRECTORS DEALINGS
The Board of Sutherland Health Group, a national supplier of sexual health patient hygiene and diagnostics products to customers including the NHS, announces that the following Directors purchased shares in the market.
Chairman John French purchased 110,000 shares at 1.75p on 28 October 2008 and now has an interest in 880,225 Ordinary Shares representing 1.80% of the Company.
Chief Executive George Sutherland purchased on 28 October 2008 25,000 shares at 2.05p, 25,000 shares at 2.3p, and on 29 October purchased 25,000 shares at 2.4p and now has an interest in 28,601,220 Ordinary Shares representing 58.48% of the Company.
The total Directors' shareholding is 29,768,945 Ordinary Shares representing 60.87% of the issued ordinary share capital.
