APPOINTMENT OF SALES MANAGER

The Board of Sexual Health Group, a national supplier of sexual health products to customers including the National Health Service ("NHS") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Bernard Stubbs as Sales Manager to the Company. Mr Stubbs will join the Company on 14 March 2005. His position will be a non-Board appointment.

Mr Stubbs, BSc (Hons), P.G.C.E., A.B.P.I, brings to the management team a demonstrable 17 year track record. During the last five years he has gained considerable experience as a Senior GP & Hospital Representative with Organon Laboratories Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company in the field of reproductive health. Whilst with Organon, he enjoyed significant success such as ranking first in the company league table for increase in market share. He also brings to the Company strong management and sales training expertise, having been a Sales Training Manager and Field Sales Manager in previous companies.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Chairman, John French, stated: “I am delighted to welcome Bernard to Sexual Health Group. He comes to us with first class credentials and a highly successful track record. Bernard has the experience and ability to contribute to the business significantly and we look forward to working closely together.”
