Corporate Update

The Board of Sexual Health Group plc (“Sexual Health Group” or “the Company”), a national supplier of sexual health, patient hygiene and diagnostic products to customers including the NHS, announces that the proposed placing of new ordinary shares to raise up to GBP3,500,000 announced on 9 April 2008 has not reached the minimum placing amount of GBP2,500,000. The directors of Sexual Health Group consider that this is due to current market conditions in the financial markets. As a result the proposed acquisition of Pasante Healthcare Ltd (“Pasante”) announced on 9 April 2008, which was conditional on completion of the placing, will not proceed.

Sexual Health Group and Pasante will remain as independent and unconnected competitors under their current respective ownerships.

Sexual Health Group takes this opportunity to report that trading in the year to 31 March 2008 was in line with expectations and management figures show turnover since the year end at a level in excess of the comparable period last year.

The preliminary statement of the annual results of Sexual Health Group for the year ended 31 March 2008 is expected to be issued in July.
